I am very excited to announce that The Edge of Arabia blog has now come to life!!
From the desert country of Saudi Arabia which is known for it’s harsh weather, it’s strict culture, it’s history, it’s religious significance and it’s camels; come 17 of the most creative contemporary artists to display their magnificent work in the one and only LONDON..
This is an exhibition like no other. It defies all stereotypes and goes beyond that to simply astonish your artistic senses.. These artists come from all over the kingdom, they are from the shores of The Red Sea, The Holy City of Mekkah, The green lands of Abha, The old markets of Khamis Mushait, The central highlands of Najd and The Eastern ports of Dammam.
The artists are diverse in their backgrounds as they are in their origins. This is reflected in their work as it is an expression of themselves.. visitors to the exhibition will get a chance to see first hand a new side of Saudi Arabia that many may not have known before.
This blog will keep you updated with what is “going on”.. There are only a few days left for the opening night and a lot of work is being put in to make this day, which we have all been waiting for- a reality..
I would like to thank the other members of the team who have helped make this dream come true, the visitors to the exhibition who come in with an open mind to absorb what it is to be an artist from Saudi Arabia and the readers of this blog..
Stay tuned for more on Edge of Arabia

I Stand with Respect to those who worked really hard to make this possible ,This is the true face of my country ( The Land of Golden Sand ) Saudi Arabia.
II’m really excited to see this exhibition. I’ve seen the ads on the tube and check out the website today. It all looks great and I’m looking forward to seeing it in person.
Can’t wait!
Congratulations on a excellent project – I hope you get lots of visitors and that this adds to the depth of people’s currently somewhat shallow knowledge of Arab life and culture….here’s hoping that you will soon be displaying art from the other Arab countries as well…best of luck for the opening…
I’m really excited by this exhibition and can’t wait to come and view all of the varied artists work, it looks great. Good luck for tomorrow.
Congratulations on such an amazing exhibition. I am really proud to see talented Saudi artists emerge into the London art scene. I wish you all the best of luck and success. I would like to thank all the people behind this great work. I really look forward to see this show coming to its home town “The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia”.
All the best,,
